2024 Fall Baseball - MRLL

***THIS IS THE REGISTRATION PAGE FOR MCCORMICK RANCH LITTLE LEAGUE PARTICIPANTS.***

The D6 Little League Fall Ball program provides volunteer coaches with everything they need to create an environment where players will learn the skills of the game, while having fun and staying active. Parents and legal guardians of Fall Ball players are crucial to the extension of the program, and their satisfaction is equally important to its success. The outreach and inclusion of this fall season sets the foundation for continued participation in the local District 6 Little League programs in the spring.

Fall Ball uses next season's league ages. For example, if your child will be an LL7 in the spring, he/she is considered at LL 7 for the fall as well. This allows the players to experience "moving up" before the following spring starts. 2025 spring league ages will apply.

2025 LL ages 5-6 play Tee Ball (hitting from the tee --> transition to coach pitch).
2025 LL age 6 will have the option to play Tee Ball or Farm, if they played Tee Ball this past season and wish to move up.
2025 LL ages 7-8 play Farm (coach pitch --> transition to kid pitch).
2025 LL ages 9-10 play Minors (kid pitch).
2025 LL age 11 plays Minors or Majors (kid pitch).
2025 LL age 12 plays Majors (kid pitch).

If you wish to be considered to coach, or have already been appointed by your D6 league to coach a team, please fill out the volunteer coach form at the end of your child's registration. You will also complete a a free online concussion course and background check once per calendar year.

If you have a specific coach/teammate request, there is a field in the registration process to enter that coach's/teammate's name. Requests are not 100% guaranteed.

Practices will start after Labor Day with games beginning in October. Games will be completed prior to Thanksgiving. Game and practice days will be determined when registration closes. Games will take place at Cochise Elementary School, Cocopah Middle School, Laguna Elementary School, Scottsdale Ranch Park, and Chaparral Park. Typically, Tee Ball/Farm plays Tuesdays and Saturday mornings, and Minors/Majors plays Thursdays and Saturday evenings. Practices may fall on any day of the week except Sundays.

The league will provide jerseys and hats for each player and three coaches per team.

Fall Ball will be open only to District 6 boundary league players such as MRLL, ESLL, etc. If it is determined that your school/residence does not fall within district boundaries, your registration will be revoked and your fees refunded.
