Head Coach The head coach (manager) is in charge of the team. The head coach disseminates rules, plans practices, strategizes for games, and communicates regularly with parents.

Assistant Coach The assistant coach collaborates with the head coach (manager) in planning practices and strategizing for games. There are two assistants for each team across all divisions.

Practice Coach The practice coach does not hold one of the team's three official coaching positions, but helps out at practices and may occasionally fill in for a head coach or assistant coach in the event of an absence.

Junior Umpire Junior umpires assist head umpires at Minors/Majors games. This position requires weekday and Saturday commitments of approximately 2-2.5 hours per game. We welcome former MRLL players that are ages 13-17. Training is provided.

General Volunteer General volunteers may hold board positions or assume other leadership roles. General volunteers are responsible for marketing, sponsorships, uniforms, special events, and more.
