The Bulls’ 12U All Stars defeated East Scottsdale Little League 14-0 on Wednesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. MRLL completed pool play with a perfect 4-0 record and play Arcadia LL in a best of three game series championship beginning Saturday night at 7pm.

McCormick Ranch fired up the offense in the top of the first inning, when Jake Catalfio singled, scoring Cade Huseth and Noah Becker.  The Bulls secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the fourth inning. Dae-il Willis, Ethan White, Dean Ketcham, Truman Parker, and Cade Huseth each had RBIs in the frame.

Ethan White was on the mound for McCormick Ranch. He allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out five and walking zero.  Trevor Green came in to finish the game, needing only nine pitches (8 of them strikes) for the save.

The local 12U All Stars had 12 hits in the game. Cade Huseth, Luke Troxell, Noah Becker, and Dae-il Willis each managed two hits to lead the Bulls.
