Antonio Cuevas was clutch at the plate with ducks on the pond on Monday, driving in four on three hits to lead the 10u All Stars past McDowell Mountain LL. Antonio drove in runs on a double in the second and a double in the fifth. Cruz Colby was on the mound to start the game for the 10u All Stars. He lasted one and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out two.

McCormick Ranch LL 10u All Stars secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the fifth inning. Antonio Cuevas, Connor Radomski, Brig Randall, Jack Milner, and Cruz Colby C each drove in runs during the inning. McCormick Ranch LL 10u All Stars tallied ten hits in the game. Antonio Cuevas went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead the local 10u All Stars in hits. The McCormick Ranch 10u All Stars also ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.

With the victory, McCormick Ranch LL 10u All Stars secured a spot in the championship game on Thursday night at 7pm at Ingleside Middle School.  But before they play that game, they face off against Arcadia LL Tuesday night at 7:30pm in a preview of the championship game on Thursday night, as both team are 2-0 in pool play thus far.
